Folks I desperately need your help, assistance, and attention. My drone DJI Mini 3: 249 gm is stuck in Saudi Customs and I don't know what to do.

is there anything else I can do to expedite the process my drone stuck in Saudi Customs from 15th September and DHL is giving me a cold shoulder as they have got no clue how to deal with the situation.
